Owner and Broker of Rick Brucker Realty, with more than 44 years of experience selling real estate throughout the Los Angeles Westside. Born and raised in Los Angeles, I bring an innate understanding of the area and its diverse communities.

I have closed more than 1,000 transactions, including single-family homes, condominiums, commercial and income properties, land sales and leases.

Today, my practice is focused primarily on Century City condominiums, where specialized market knowledge can materially affect pricing, positioning and negotiation.

I have chosen to remain an independent broker because real estate is personal. Clients deserve direct access to the person whose experience and judgment they hired.

When I represent you, I remain involved from the initial evaluation through preparation, pricing, marketing, negotiation and closing. There are no layers, handoffs or standardized team processes—only direct responsibility and accountability.

A FOCUS ON CENTURY CITY

Century City is not one uniform condominium market. Each community has its own architecture, amenities, floor plans, buyer profile and pricing patterns. Meaningful advice requires understanding those differences—and the distinctions between individual residences within the same building.

My work combines that property-specific knowledge with decades of broader Los Angeles experience, allowing me to place each opportunity within both its immediate community and the larger Westside market.
