Century Towers consists of two 27-story residential towers designed by noted architect I.M. Pei and completed in 1964. The 330-residence community is recognized for its distinctive mid-century architecture, expansive grounds and prominent location along Avenue of the Stars.
CENTURY WOODS
2100 Century Park West
Century Woods is a private, gated community combining condominium residences, townhomes and detached homes in a heavily landscaped setting. Developed during the 1980s, the community is known for its spacious floor plans, privacy and residential character within the heart of Century City.
LE PARC
10100 Empyrean Way
Le Parc is a gated, low-rise condominium community set across approximately 10 landscaped acres. Completed in 1979, its 180 residences are arranged in a French-inspired setting featuring gardens, waterways and generous private terraces.
PARK PLACE
10101 Galaxy Way
Park Place is a gated condominium community set across approximately 14 landscaped acres. Completed in 1990, its 416 residences are located within six five-story buildings and offer a variety of floor plans surrounded by mature landscaping and extensive recreational amenities.
THE CENTURY
1 West Century Drive
The Century is a 42-story luxury residential tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. Completed in 2010, the 140-residence building is known for its spacious floor plans, private elevator access, expansive grounds and full-service amenities.
