I’m Rick Brucker, an Independent Broker/Realtor specializing in Condominiums in Century City, California. I have transacted over a thousand deals with both Buyers and Sellers on residential and commercial properties.

I’m a native Angeleno, born in Hollywood, raised and live on the Westside. In 1979 I started out in real estate working on the corner of Camden and Little Santa Monica Boulevard in Beverly Hills. My first listing was a home on the 200 block of Canon Drive. I sold it for $330,000. Things were difficult in the early 80’s with ultra-high interest rates to combat inflation. I got out of real estate for a while and in 1985 I returned working for Watt Industries on a Century City community that would take 5 years to sell out. During that time, I made Century City my home. I knew then that Century City was going to be the Westside’s City of the 21st Century.

I still live and love Century City. It continues to grow and house some of the latest architectural triumphs in Los Angeles. I am committed to showing the world what a wonderful place Century City is to live, work and play. I think Century City is one of the safest, cleanest, friendliest and easiest places to live. Period. World class dining, entertainment and shopping is within walking distance to any of the 8 residential communities in Century City. Centrally located to major transit arteries like the 10 & 405 Freeways, the yellow line and soon, the LA Metro on its way to the Ocean.
